About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our US Engineering group, dedicated to the design of highly integrated electromechanical systems. As a key member of our team, you will partner with global clients across industries to develop innovative solutions to complex business challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, analyze, and validate electrical hardware, including integration with complex mechanical components, for low volumes through mass production.
  • Write robust embedded firmware and connect it with user-facing software in Python, C#, or similar packages to enhance early version hardware.
  • Manage, mentor, and direct cross-disciplinary teams to conduct research, brainstorm, prototype, test, analyze, document, and present work to clients.
  • Share insights on promising directions for new client opportunities and provide technical support for new business development.
Requirements
  • BS (MS a plus) in electrical engineering or a related field and 12+ years' experience developing complex, technical, or integrated products.
  • Experience solving tough problems within areas such as analog and digital electrical design, RF design, firmware architecture, embedded systems design, firmware or software development, controls, instrumentation and measurement, and power supply engineering.
  • Proficiency with firmware development tools (CCS, MPLAB or similar), software development tools (C#, Python, or similar) and/or electrical hardware design tools (Altium, PADS, EAGLE, or similar).
