TJ Maxx Backroom Supervisor

Role Summary: We're seeking a highly motivated Backroom Supervisor to join our TJ Maxx team. As a Backroom Supervisor, you'll be responsible for executing receiving and merchandising standards while ensuring Associates process efficiently and effectively. You'll also be expected to maintain a clean and organized store, ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create a Positive Customer Experience: Ensure all customers receive exceptional service and maintain a clean and organized store.
• Orchestrate Receiving and Merchandising: Prioritize the processing of merchandise onto the sales floor, ensuring efficient flow and adherence to standards.
• Train and Mentor Associates: Develop and implement training programs to enhance Associates' skills and knowledge, promoting a culture of honesty and integrity.
• Ensure Compliance: Maintain adherence to all labor laws, policies, and procedures, promoting a safe and healthy work environment.
