Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Service Supervisor to join our team at TJ Maxx. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for promoting an excellent customer experience and overseeing a team of Associates at the front of store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Experience: Create a positive internal and external customer experience by engaging and interacting with all customers, and maintaining a clean and organized store.
  • Team Leadership: Lead by example, train and mentor Associates on front end principles, and assign registers, support and respond to POS coverage needs.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure Associates execute tasks and activities according to store plan, prioritize as needed, and communicate accurately and effectively with management and Associates.
Requirements
  • Availability: Available to work flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of merchandising techniques, capable of multi-tasking, strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience: 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience.
