Retail Merchandise Coordinator

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Retail Merchandise Coordinator to join our team at TJ Maxx. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for executing receiving and merchandising standards, ensuring efficient processing of merchandise, and providing an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Merchandise Management: Orchestrates truck delivery, prioritizing the processing of merchandise onto the sales floor.
• Associate Development: Trains and mentors Associates on established merchandising and processing principles.
• Customer Service: Engages and interacts with all customers, maintaining a clean and organized store, and role models exceptional customer service.
• Productivity and Efficiency: Ensures Associates complete tasks and activities according to store plan, prioritizing as needed, and monitors productivity of team, coaching as necessary.

Requirements

• Leadership Experience: 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Communication and Organizational Skills: Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail, able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Physical Demands: Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation.
