Key Responsibilities

Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging and interacting with all customers, embodying customer experience principles and philosophy, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Adhere to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.

  • Role models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
  • Supports and embodies a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
  • Achieves accurate sales and returns processing, and maintains merchandise presentation standards.
  • Promotes credit and loyalty programs to enhance customer engagement.
What We're Looking For

Excellent customer service skills, flexible schedule, strong communication and organizational skills, ability to multi-task, and work effectively with peers and supervisors.

This position has a starting pay range of $12.00 to $12.50 per hour. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
