Job Summary

The Customer Service Associate provides exceptional customer service that exceeds customer expectations and drives customer satisfaction and retention. This role is responsible for delivering a world-class customer experience, resolving customer issues promptly, and ensuring that all corporate policies and procedures are administered and followed by all staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service that exceeds customer expectations
• Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally
• Ensure that all corporate policies and procedures are administered and followed by all staff
• Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to improve customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies to improve customer service and drive customer satisfaction

Requirements

• 3+ years of demonstrated experience in customer service, with experience in operations and sales
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Excellent relationship building and leadership skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
