At HERO Health Staffing Corporation, we are seeking an experienced Administrative Registered Nurse Director to lead our Surgery Center team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Direct, coordinate, and control all aspects of the operating functions, processes, and staff of the facility to provide efficient surgical services that exceed customer expectations and improve clinical and financial operations.
- Oversee the daily operation of the facility, ensuring seamless execution of surgical procedures and patient care.
- Serve as a liaison between the Governing Board, Medical Staff, and facility departments, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
- Report pertinent activities to the Governing Board at regular intervals, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Appoint a person responsible for the facility in your absence, ensuring continuity of operations.
- Develop and implement plans for services provided by the facility, driving operational excellence and growth.
- Lead discussion/presentation during Monthly Operations Review calls with the USPI Home Office team, driving strategic decision-making.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Nursing or Master's degree strongly preferred.
- Minimum three years of experience in a top administrative or management position in the healthcare field.
- Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work well with physicians, employees, patients, and others.
- The Governing Board may determine other qualifications as seen fit.
- ASC experience and O/R RN experience preferred.
Compensation: USD $110,000 to $140,000
