Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Orthopedic Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with customers, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Represent Pinnacle Inc. and Arthrex products to surgeons and healthcare professionals, meeting or exceeding sales objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong business relationships with existing accounts, increasing sales volume and expanding the account base.
  • Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, or in-person, addressing product updates, billing issues, and educational programs.
  • Cross-sell additional products and manage new product introductions.
  • Utilize company leads and identify new prospects, determining their needs and developing solutions.
  • Meet quarterly objectives and goals.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
  • Valid State Driver's License, safe driving record, and insurance.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Office Suite, and common internet browsers.
  • Demonstrated ability to relate to customers and constituents within the orthopedic industry.
  • Demonstrated sales success in a competitive B2B industry is a plus.
  • Experience in the orthopedic industry is a plus.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds.
  • Ability to travel to training courses when necessary.
  • Ability to work on-call after hours on a rotational basis with assigned teammates.
  • Comfortable in surgery/operating room environments.
