We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Solutions Facilitator to join our team at C2 GPS- Lower Rio Grande Workforce. As a key member of our workforce development team, you will play a critical role in helping customers achieve their employment goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate job-readiness classes, workshops, or orientations to help customers maintain or improve job skills.
  • Interview customers to record and assess employment information to determine customer career development opportunities and needs.
  • Educate customers on center services, including job seeker tools available, and assist with registration and data entry.
  • Collaborate with Business Solutions Representatives and Career Center staff to improve services and meet labor market needs.
  • Contribute to Career Center performance goals, including customer service and follow-up.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Associates or undergraduate degree preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and proof of insurance with good driving record.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred.
