Job Overview

As an Account Associate at Disability Solutions, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and effective manner, while also identifying opportunities to enhance customer loyalty and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide prompt and courteous service to customers, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and preferences, and providing personalized solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance customer loyalty and revenue growth, and develop strategies to achieve these goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and effective issue resolution.
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies and procedures, and adhere to regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 6 months of customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work efficiently with multiple applications and computer screens simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
