Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Program Delivery Manager to join our team at SEON Technologies. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead complex projects and drive business outcomes.

Salary:$175,000 - $225,000 per year

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple engineering delivery projects within SEON. This includes owning the project schedule, ensuring timely completion, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.

  • Develop and execute project plans, including resource allocation and risk management
  • Collaborate with the engineering leadership team to define and improve the SDLC process
  • Manage project progress, adapt to changes, and ensure projects meet deadlines
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 10+ years of experience in managing complex projects with diverse teams
  • 10+ years of experience with delivering technology implementations
  • 5+ years of experience managing other program managers
  • Experience with SaaS software development and security technologies (nice-to-have)
