We are looking for a Cybersecurity Solutions Manager to join our team at DirectViz Solutions As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity and security of our systems and data. With over 10 years of experience in risk management, cybersecurity, compliance, or related fields, you will bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to this position.

About the Job:

  • You will provide support for program integration activities, ensuring alignment with technical and security requirements.
  • You will conduct comprehensive technical analyses and reviews to support various program and project activities.
  • You will identify and implement process improvements to enhance adherence to security policies and procedures.
  • You will gather, compile, and present data related to the IMF Modernization system and its components.
  • You will interface with and support Delivery Partners to ensure successful integration and deployment of new capabilities.
  • You will act as the final reviewer and approver for team deliverables, ensuring all outputs meet secure environment configuration standards.
  • You will serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for secure environment configurations, providing expertise and guidance on compliance with security regulations and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Enterprise Risk Management, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • IAM/IAT Level III or similar certification.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in risk management, cybersecurity, compliance, or related fields.
  • Ten (10) years of experience in securing computing environments and operating systems.
  • Extensive knowledge of security policies, procedures, and processes, including familiarity with industry best practices and commonly used frameworks & standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001-2).
  • Five (5) years of experience managing security projects using Agile methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • In-depth understanding of data privacy regulations and compliance standards.
