Job Description

We are seeking a Corporate Growth Specialist to join our team at Sloomoo Institute LLC. As a Corporate Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in the events sector, focusing on corporate, private, and celebrity events.

About the Role

This is a key role that requires strategic sales planning, achieving revenue targets, and developing strong client relationships. You will work closely with our operations team to deliver world-class events, manage event sites, and conduct post-event follow-ups for feedback, future bookings, and referrals.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer and market needs to guide sales strategies, generating leads through various methods including telemarketing, networking, trade shows, and industry events.
  • Create tailored proposals by thoroughly understanding customer needs and product offerings, ensuring customer satisfaction and company objectives are met.
  • Deliver convincing proposal presentations, both remotely and in-person, coordinating with General Managers when necessary, and manage event sites as needed.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in hospitality, attractions, events, or a similar industry.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills, strong project management abilities, and proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales management tools.

Estimated Salary: $85,000 plus commission.
