Reporting to the Business Manager of Digital Integration, the Industrial Cybersecurity Consultant will be instrumental in fostering Wood's growth and service delivery within the Energy and Materials sectors across North America. This role necessitates providing specialized consulting on ICS Cybersecurity, aiding clients and project teams, while also contributing to the enhancement of Wood's Digital Integration service portfolio.

Applicants must possess authorization to work in the US without sponsorship from Wood.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice and develop cybersecurity strategies for industrial control systems
  • Conduct cybersecurity evaluations adhering to established frameworks
  • Consult on clients' Operational Technology Cybersecurity Resilience strategies
  • Facilitate project execution in Industrial Cybersecurity and digital solutions
  • Assist in formulating business strategies aligned with Wood's objectives
  • Foster long-term client relationships and improve commercial outcomes
  • Stay informed on technical practices and standards in ICS Cybersecurity
  • Identify training needs and advocate for cybersecurity principles within the organization
  • Support Business Development through presentations and proposal submissions
  • Represent Wood in industry conferences and professional associations

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
  • Cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, GIAC, ISA99/IEC-62443, Exida Automation Cybersecurity

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

  • Over 10 years of experience in Industrial Information Systems
  • Recognized Subject Matter Expert in cybersecurity with a focus on industrial automation
  • Practical experience in IT/OT cybersecurity management systems and solutions
  • Demonstrated success in securing industrial automation initiatives
  • Familiarity with various control system vendors and networking technologies
  • Strong customer orientation, accountability, and strategic thinking
