Job Summary:

The Operational Technology (OT) Cybersecurity Engineer is a critical member of the Process Automation Department in the Corporate Technology and Engineering Group. This role is responsible for designing and implementing cybersecurity roadmaps and policies in highly complex industrial control systems (ICS) to drive the successful execution of TPC Group's strategic process control projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement OT cybersecurity policies, standards, and procedures in collaboration with corporate IT security teams, data custodians, and governance groups.
  • Design and specify OT cybersecurity solutions to address vulnerabilities and attack vectors, including physical controls to mitigate risks.
  • Participate in project meetings and coordinate deliverables with multi-discipline engineering teams and system integrators.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of cybersecurity standards and frameworks, including ISA-62443 and NIST CSF.
  • Develop and provide internal training and mentorship on cybersecurity topics for OT personnel.
  • Lead and manage OT cybersecurity deliverables in all TPC projects in the OT environment.
  • Work with OEM and 3rd party vendors to develop and implement incident reporting and response systems.
  • Develop and implement ongoing risk and threat assessment programs targeting information security.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience in industrial control systems.
  • Experience with COTS technologies used in a Cybersecurity Engineering environment.
  • Familiarity with OT cybersecurity and enterprise business management.
  • Industrial Control System (ICS) network segmentation design experience and familiarity with the Purdue Model.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • CISSP or GICSP certification or willingness to obtain certification.
  • Experience with common OT systems, including DeltaV DCS, wireless network systems, and related systems.
  • Knowledge of common cybersecurity threats and approaches to mitigate them.
  • Capability of applying cybersecurity standards and frameworks.
