Job Overview:
As a key member of our Cybersecurity team, you'll play a critical role in reviewing, analyzing, designing, and advising on security controls, configurations, and implementations for IT projects. You'll work closely with our IT risk assessment function to ensure the proper security configurations and controls are implemented for IT projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement security solutions, providing requirements for implementation.
- Collaborate with the IT risk assessment function to ensure proper security configurations and controls.
- Provide security services, advice, and assist with compensating control alternatives.
- Research, identify, deploy, integrate, and manage cybersecurity perimeter technologies.
- Assist with forensic investigations and incident response team activities.
- Escalate pertinent findings in a timely manner.
- Leverage vendors and internal resources to interface various security tools.
- Support Compliance managers in providing Cybersecurity artifacts.
Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Cybersecurity as primary duty.
- Working knowledge of security domains, including Security Operations, Cloud Security, Network Security, Vulnerability and Threat Management, Identity and Access Management, Database Security, and Application Security.
- Experience with perimeter security administration, security information and event management (SIEM) tools, and threat intelligence feeds.
- Strong analysis and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize workload.
- Familiarity with security orchestration, automation, and response (SOAR) is a plus.
Desired Qualifications:
- CISSP, GSEC, Security+, CCNA, or PCNSA certification.
