Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized personal care services to residents, including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and restroom needs.
  • Support residents facing mobility challenges by offering escort and transfer assistance.
  • Help maintain a clean and comfortable living environment for residents by performing light housekeeping tasks, such as making beds and cleaning common areas.
  • Utilize electronic health records (eHR) and other relevant systems to ensure accurate tracking of resident care in accordance with their personalized care plans.
  • Monitor residents for safety and promptly report any changes in condition or other significant information to the Resident Services Director.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • High school diploma or GED is preferred.
  • Experience in engaging with and understanding the needs of seniors is essential.
  • Must meet all applicable licensing and background requirements.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Availability to work on Sundays is required.
