Healthcare Call Center Customer Service Specialist

A dynamic and innovative healthcare company, Insight Global, is currently seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join their team at their Anaheim, CA location.
In this role, you'll be responsible for handling inbound calls, addressing member inquiries, booking appointments, and resolving customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in customer service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
The compensation package includes a competitive hourly rate of $23, with opportunities for advancement and professional growth.
