Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide front-line support to customers via phone, email, and other communication platforms
  • Verify insurance eligibility and coverage
  • Provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries
  • Maintain working knowledge of current home care products and services offered by SG Homecare

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
  • At least 2 years of experience in a call center or medical/healthcare environment
  • Excellent listening and communication skills
  • Able to operate office equipment including computers and software applications
