Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate a company vehicle in accordance with all relevant state and federal regulations.
  • Adhere to established safety protocols.
  • Complete daily service orders as scheduled.
  • Conduct thorough diagnostics on both residential and commercial water treatment systems, identifying and resolving any issues.
  • Perform routine maintenance on water treatment equipment.
  • Recognize additional service needs and present options to customers.
  • Engage with customers directly, providing updates on equipment status and offering solutions.
  • Collect payments upon service completion and assist in managing overdue accounts.
  • Carry out basic installation and removal of water treatment systems.
  • Accurately complete daily documentation and service orders.
  • Perform general warehouse and facility tasks as assigned.
  • Comply with all company policies as outlined in the employee handbook.
  • Assemble and install piping systems using various tools and materials.
  • Monitor and maintain plumbing systems, addressing leaks and repairs as necessary.
  • Utilize measuring instruments to mark and install pipe systems accurately.
  • Review technical documents and specifications to guide work processes.
  • Secure piping systems in place using appropriate supports.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with the local area where services will be provided.
  • Proficient in reading, writing, and communicating in English, with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Valid driver's license and the ability to drive for extended periods.
  • Ability to navigate using maps and follow directions.
  • Successful candidates will undergo a DOT physical, drug screening, and background check as per legal requirements.
  • Must be capable of lifting up to 80 pounds.
  • Ability to kneel and bend for extended periods.
  • Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
