As a Custodian, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our employees and visitors.

Responsibilities:

* Clean and maintain County facilities, including dusting, mopping, scrubbing, polishing, carpet spotting, and cleaning restrooms, entries, walkways, and glass using appropriate cleaning solutions.
* Perform equipment care, including cleaning and changing belts and bags.
* Identify and report repair needs and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies for assigned buildings.
* Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent.
* No experience required.
* Must possess a valid Arizona driver's license.

Working Conditions:

* The work environment is associated with various indoor and outdoor locations, in all weather conditions, and includes exposure to loud noise, blood-borne pathogens, dust, fumes, mist, and chemicals.
* Ability to bend or stoop repeatedly or continually over time; move, lift, push, pull a variety of heavy objects; mix and work with cleaning fluids, chemicals, or similar solutions using normal protective equipment; remain in a standing position for extended periods of time.
