We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Custodian to join our Facilities team on a part-time basis. As a Custodian, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our employees and visitors.
Key Responsibilities- Clean and maintain facilities, including dusting, mopping, and polishing surfaces
- Perform equipment care, including cleaning and maintaining cleaning solutions
- Identify and report repair needs and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent
- No experience required, but a valid Arizona driver's license is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and organizational skills
The work environment is associated with various indoor and outdoor locations, in all weather conditions. You will be exposed to loud noise, dust, fumes, and chemicals. You must be able to bend, stoop, and lift heavy objects, and remain in a standing position for extended periods.
