Hospital Equipment Engineer

Washington Hospital is seeking a skilled Stationary Engineer to join our Facilities Management team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of all stationary equipment in our hospital and assigned properties.
Key Responsibilities- Equipment Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and installations of stationary equipment, adhering to established standards, policies, and procedures.
- Technical Expertise: Demonstrate competency in Washington Hospital's Core Control Engineer Skills & Responsibilities, ensuring the highest level of technical proficiency.
- Communication and Reporting: Accurately report information to team members and other stakeholders, facilitating effective collaboration and decision-making.
- Training and Development: Complete all technical skills and procedures as delegated, staying up-to-date with the latest industry standards and best practices.
**Essential Qualifications:**
- Copy of Pittsburgh Stationary Engineer's License or NIULPE of PA, Inc. (National Institute of Uniform Licensing of Power Engineers of Pennsylvania, Inc.) License
- Valid Driver's License with no Tier D violations
**Compensation and Benefits:**
- Starting rate: $27.01; $27.63 after 90 days
- Differential pay and overtime pay
