Job Overview

Pittsburgh Embossing Services is seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for repairing, rebuilding, and refurbishing mechanical equipment, as well as providing technical support to our customers.

Responsibilities
  • Repair, rebuild, and refurbish mechanical equipment to meet customer specifications
  • Provide technical support to customers via phone and on-site visits
  • Inspect and prepare equipment for shipping
  • Travel to customer sites to repair, move, or install equipment
Requirements
  • Must have mechanical experience and a positive attitude
  • Ability to function with limited supervision and communicate effectively with customers
  • Ability to operate a motor vehicle and have a current driver's license
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and travel occasionally
