Job Title: Product Engineer II

At Niagara Bottling, we're seeking a highly skilled Product Engineer II to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our Product Development team, you will be responsible for leading projects from concept to commercialization, ensuring timely delivery of new products and packaging solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead project scoping, budgeting, and timeline development across business units
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Procurement, Sales, Project Management, Engineering Design, and Beverage Development
  • Develop and iterate on customer packaging solutions, including 2D renderings, 3D prototypes, and functional additive recommendations
  • Participate in product/package line trials to assess capability and feasibility of upcoming product launches
  • Support senior and staff engineers in complex program scoping and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:
  • 2-4 years of experience in Beverage Manufacturing, CPG, or related industries
  • 2-4 years of experience in Product Development or related field
  • Preferred: 5-7 years of experience in Beverage Manufacturing/Engineering environment or Product Development
Competencies:
  • Demonstrate understanding of new product development and implementation processes
  • Demonstrate basic knowledge of bottling, injection molding, and beverage processing technologies
  • Strong organization, communication, and attention to detail skills required
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio)
Education:
  • Minimum: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Product Design, Business, or related fields
  • Preferred: Master's Degree in Engineering, Business, Product Design, or PMP/CAPM Certification
