- Associate Degree Nursing
- 6 months to 2 years' experience as a Clinical Nurse
- Bachelor Degree Nursing
- Licensed Registered Nurse (LRN) - Multi-State - State Board of Nursing Registered Nurse in State of Kansas or compact license
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS or BCLS) - American Heart Association (AHA) within 14 days
