Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team at Doherty Enterprises. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving drinks, and maintaining a clean and welcoming bar environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve guests courteously, quickly, and efficiently with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Follow guidelines for legal and responsible service of alcohol.
- Take orders, make drinks using recipes, and receive money and accurately count back change.
- Be responsible for all cash issued and received at your register during your shift.
- Count down the drawer at the end of the shift to ensure accuracy.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Follow laws for responsible service of alcohol.
- Have excellent communication skills.
- Be able to lift 15-20 pounds.
- Be able to work up to 8 hours at a time.
