Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and patient Caregiver to join our team. As a Caregiver, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Responsibilities
- Assist individuals with their personal hygiene and daily living activities
- Support individuals with developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition
- Help individuals participate in community activities and enjoy their favorite hobbies
- Provide emotional support and companionship to individuals
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 6 months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
- Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
