Are you a motivated and detail-oriented professional looking to take your career to the next level? We are seeking a skilled Tax Supervisor to join our team at Spartan Placements LLC in Tampa, FL. As a Tax Supervisor, you will play a key role in providing top-notch tax preparation, planning, and advisory services to a diverse range of clients.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage multiple tax engagements and teams to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize clients' tax liabilities and maximize their financial well-being.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address tax-related issues and opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date with changing tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and provide expert guidance to clients.
  • Coach and develop junior tax professionals to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting with significant progress toward completing the 5th-year requirement for taking the CPA exam.
  • CPA license a plus.
  • 4+ years of experience in a public accounting firm's tax department.
  • Multi-industry experience a plus.
  • CCH ProSystem FX Tax and Engagement experience is a plus.
