Position Overview

Job Summary:
We are currently on the lookout for a proactive Tax Supervisor to lead tax planning and compliance initiatives, provide expert counsel to clients, and guide junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage a variety of tax engagements.
  • Review and analyze corporate, individual, trust, and partnership tax returns.
  • Stay informed on the latest tax regulations and industry best practices.
  • Deliver innovative tax planning and advisory services.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Mentor and develop junior staff members.
  • Manage project risks and financial considerations.
  • Participate in business development efforts.
Requirements:
  • CPA certification is required.
  • A Master’s degree in Taxation is advantageous.
  • At least 7 years of relevant tax experience.
  • Expertise in various taxation areas.
  • Strong leadership and organizational capabilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and mentoring skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
