Escrow Officer Opportunity

Lennar, a leading homebuilder, is seeking an experienced Escrow Officer to join its dynamic team at Lennar Title. As an Escrow Officer, you will be responsible for preparing documents for the processing and closing of escrow, conveyance of title, recording of documents, clearing of title requirements, and issuance of title insurance. You will develop and maintain business relationships by utilizing marketing and customer service techniques to ensure an exceptional experience for internal and external stakeholders.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate real estate transactions, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, prioritizing transparent communication with buyers, sellers, agents, and other stakeholders.
  • Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and escrow transactions, adhering to Alta Best Practices and company policies.
  • Train, supervise, and guide escrow closers and assistants, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
Your Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 2 years of Escrow Officer experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and preferred experience with Title software.
Benefits and Compensation
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $28.29 - $44, subject to adjustment based on business factors. This position may be eligible for bonuses and commissions. Benefits include comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, flexible spending accounts, and a 401(k) savings plan with immediate vesting and 100% company match.

Physical and Office Requirements
Regular attendance at Company communities/job sites and offices is essential. The ability to work in excess of eight hours per day in confined quarters, operate a motor vehicle, read plans, climb stairs and ladders, bend, stoop, reach, lift, move, and/or carry equipment weighing up to 50 pounds is required. Finger dexterity is necessary for operating a computer keyboard and calculator.
