Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Mass General Brigham in Arlington, Massachusetts. This is an ongoing nursing position with 32 hours per week and 8-hour shifts.

About the Role
  • This psychiatric nursing specialist will provide immediate and long-term nursing care needs of patients within the standards of the department, hospital, and regulatory agencies.
  • Responsibilities include assessing patients' needs, planning nursing interventions, implementing care, evaluating effectiveness, and providing education to patients and families.
Requirements
  • A minimum of a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from an accredited school is required, with a preference for BSN graduates.
  • No experience is necessary, but one year of medical or psychiatric experience is preferred.
  • Candidates must hold a current license as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
