Job Summary

As a Regulatory Compliance Specialist Senior within PNC's Risk Management organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the bank's regulatory compliance and risk management programs are executed effectively. This position will sit within the Internal Risk Management (IRM) Exam Management Team and will be responsible for:

  • Leading and directing key internal stakeholders to ensure regulatory examination materials are submitted on time and meet expectations
  • Acting as a liaison between regulatory agencies and the bank to ensure service expectations are met
  • Ensuring work is performed within established policies, standards, procedures, and frameworks

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with risk management to plan and execute the risk management program and corresponding communication strategies

• Engage with lines of business to review and challenge compliance with programs

• Assist in the coordination and implementation of the risk management program to meet regulatory expectations

• Develop risk expertise while working with businesses and other risk partners to proactively identify risk exposures across PNC

• Participate in challenging business self-assessment results and reviews applicable independent analyses

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree

• 3+ years of relevant industry experience

• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and risk management principles

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
