Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Analyst or Principal Cybersecurity Analyst to join our team in Aurora, CO. The selected candidate will have experience with Cybersecurity implementations based on DoD, National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), Committee on National Security Systems Instruction (CNSSI), and Risk Management Framework (RMF) processes, policies, and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement Cybersecurity solutions based on industry standards and best practices.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to ensure the security of our systems and data.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address security vulnerabilities.
  • Develop and maintain security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging threats and technologies to ensure our security posture remains effective.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree with 2 years of relevant experience or Master's degree with 0 years of relevant experience. An additional 4 years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Active TS/SCI clearance.
  • Active CompTIA Security+ CE or equivalent DoD 8570 IAT/IAM II certification.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with Linux.
  • Familiarity with DevSecOps.
  • Knowledge of audit reduction tools (e.g., SIEM, Splunk Enterprise).
  • Knowledge of Risk Management Framework (RMF) NIST and associated NIST SP control families.
  • Knowledge of DISA STIGS, DISA Benchmarks, STIG Viewer, and SCAP Compliance Checker.
  • Knowledge of Agile/scrum and related tools (e.g., Jira).
  • Knowledge of Risk Management Framework (RMF) requirements (e.g., NCSRD, DAAPM, JSIG, etc.) and related risk management processes (e.g., methods for assessing and mitigating risk).
  • Knowledge of vulnerability scanning tools (e.g., Tenable Security Center, Nessus Scanner etc.) to identify, assess, and manage vulnerabilities.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $83,300 - $124,900 and a salary range 2 of $102,400 - $153,600. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
