Customer Service Representative

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Associate to join our team at BBB Industries, LLC. As a key member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining a positive environment to elevate the overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide resolution to customer inquiries and issues via telephone and email
- Develop and maintain positive relationships between customers and the company
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support in a fast-paced setting
- Process orders and provide status of existing orders
- Communicate customer agreements and policies as they relate to product sales and service
- Utilize internal data and web-based systems to resolve customer inquiries
- Execute phone, email, and IM correspondence with customers and intra-company departments
Requirements and Skills
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a team-oriented work environment
- Able to multitask high volume of phone calls and emails
