Job Title: Assistant Property Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Property Manager to join our team at Pepper Pike Staffing LLC. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for assisting in the management and maintenance of our multi-family apartment properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leasing and Customer Service: Assist in the direction of the leasing and maintenance functions of the complex, ensuring that overall profitability goals are achieved.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team in providing great customer service to residents, with a focus on curb appeal, move-in experience, timely work order response, and friendliness of the office staff.
  • Administrative Tasks: Complete all administrative work in an organized and timely manner, including managing monthly rent collections, delinquencies, and concessions.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with the Property Manager to ensure all new hires are appropriately onboarded and trained for their positions, and participate in marketing and outreach programs to build external relationships.
Requirements:
  • Education and Experience: Associate's degree in business administration, real estate management, accounting, or finance, or 2-5 years of experience as a leasing professional in a similar size property.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Proficient with Microsoft Office, ability to learn various software, strong problem-solving skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing and Labor laws and regulations.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to work in a standard office environment, with occasional lifting up to 25 pounds, and ability to travel for community outreach and administrative responsibilities.
