As a Senior Financial Analyst at EvergreenHealth, you will provide complex operational analysis to leadership and staff, including both clinical and financial information. Your expertise will be essential in collecting data, preparing analyses of new and existing services, and monitoring ongoing performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and analyze data to inform strategic planning and decision-making
- Prepare and present financial analyses and recommendations to leadership and staff
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial plans and strategies
- Monitor and evaluate the financial performance of services and programs
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in healthcare clinical financial analysis
- Demonstrated skill in strategic planning, forecasting, and operational and capital budgeting
- Excellent decision support skills, including data collection, financial analysis, and presentation
- Familiarity with process improvement, project development, and problem-solving leadership experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business or healthcare-related field
