Job Title: Office Leader and Client Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Office Leader and Client Service Manager to join our team at Brown and Caldwell. This is a key leadership role that will play a critical part in driving the growth and success of our St Paul office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and communicate a business plan that supports overall company objectives
  • Connect with business units, enterprise groups, and corporate groups to bring the right resources to bear on client projects
  • Deliver business metrics, including new sales, total direct labor, and total indirect labor
  • Work closely with the Project Management team to ensure successful project delivery
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that reflects our company values
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of business development, client relations, and project delivery
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in leading professionals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
