ABOUT GENERAL MERCHANDISE
We are experts in operations, processes, and efficiency, ensuring a consistent experience for our guests by maintaining product availability, accurate pricing, and clear signage on the sales floor.

The General Merchandise and Food Sales team oversees inbound and outbound logistics, inventory accuracy, product presentation, pricing, and promotional signage across all General Merchandise (GM) sections of the store.

This team also manages Food & Beverage and Food Service, ensuring a fresh and safe food experience. Our experts facilitate efficient delivery to our guests by managing pick, pack, and ship fulfillment tasks.

Key Responsibilities of an Inbound Specialist:

As an Inbound Specialist, your daily tasks may include:

  • Creating a welcoming atmosphere by genuinely greeting all guests.
  • Observing guest behavior to determine if assistance is needed.
  • Engaging with guests authentically, asking questions to understand their needs.
  • Being knowledgeable about available tools, products, and services to enhance guest experiences.
  • Executing a precise and efficient sorting operation, adhering to unloading schedules.
  • Stocking, backstocking, and organizing products on the sales floor.
  • Maintaining inventory levels for GM categories.
  • Operating power equipment safely, in compliance with certification requirements.
  • Managing defective items and handling environmentally sensitive materials in accordance with regulations.
  • Fostering a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance.
  • Supporting guest services, including cashier duties and order pick-up.
