Service Lead

At Lolli & Pops, we're looking for a talented Service Lead to join our team. As a keyholder and member of our leadership team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring every guest has a positive and inspiring experience in our store.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive store-level financial and operational results by monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and taking action to achieve store targets.
- Lead your team in guest engagement, sampling, and sharing product knowledge.
- Maximize team performance through product knowledge education, coaching, and leading by example.
- Assist in training, developing, and motivating team members.
- Support the Store Manager with paperwork, ordering, inventory management, and maintaining visual and merchandising standards.
- Ensure all policies, procedures, and operational directives are enforced consistently and effectively.
- Be a champion of Lolli & Pops inside and outside the store.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a passion for working with people.
- A bias towards action and the ability to lift and mobilize medium to large items.
- The desire to be coached and mentored, with a growth mindset.
- An eye for detail and the ability to multitask.
