Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Lead to join our team at NYC Alliance Company LLC.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee the Customer Service Associate team to ensure exceptional customer service and support.
  • Process and manage EDI orders, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Review and resolve discrepancies against contracts and bulks, communicating with Sales and accounts as needed.
  • Enter production inquiries, paper POs, and non-B2B inventory orders, ensuring timely and accurate entry.
  • Own and manage sales order maintenance, ensuring daily completion.
  • Direct contact for retail partners, handling cancellations, changes, and other order-related issues.
  • Work closely with Allocators on order fulfillment and follow up with Sales on pending issues.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of customer service experience, ideally in the apparel industry.
  • Exceptional communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to be flexible, adaptable, and dependable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong prioritization and time management skills, with the ability to delegate effectively.
  • Strong computer and systems knowledge, including MS Office applications.
