Customer Service Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Lead to join our team at NYC Alliance Company LLC.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and oversee the Customer Service Associate team to ensure exceptional customer service and support.
- Process and manage EDI orders, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Review and resolve discrepancies against contracts and bulks, communicating with Sales and accounts as needed.
- Enter production inquiries, paper POs, and non-B2B inventory orders, ensuring timely and accurate entry.
- Own and manage sales order maintenance, ensuring daily completion.
- Direct contact for retail partners, handling cancellations, changes, and other order-related issues.
- Work closely with Allocators on order fulfillment and follow up with Sales on pending issues.
- 5+ years of customer service experience, ideally in the apparel industry.
- Exceptional communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to be flexible, adaptable, and dependable in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong prioritization and time management skills, with the ability to delegate effectively.
- Strong computer and systems knowledge, including MS Office applications.
