Role Overview:
The Default Investor Reporting Analyst II plays a crucial role in overseeing daily and monthly operations related to Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Ginnie Mae, FHA, VA, USDA, and Private Investor portfolios. This position involves meticulous reporting and resolving discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily and monthly tasks for various investor portfolios, ensuring timely cutoff reporting and reconciliation across all reporting categories.
  • Prepare and review monthly investor statements, ensuring accuracy in cash movements and accounting entries as per contractual obligations.
  • Investigate and resolve investor-related issues and reporting discrepancies promptly.
  • Conduct research on operational, reporting, or data challenges, proposing solutions or enhancements to management.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring investor satisfaction and managing performance metrics where applicable.
  • Adhere to established procedures and controls throughout the monthly reporting process.
  • Assist with both internal and external audit processes.
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel and SQL extensively for data analysis and reporting tasks.
  • Examine variances and outstanding items identified during reconciliation.
  • Understand pooling and servicing agreements along with GSE Servicing Guides.
  • Handle ad-hoc reporting or research as directed by management.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent is required; a Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
2-4 years of experience in Mortgage Servicing is essential, with a preference for prior experience in Investor Reporting or Default/Loss Mitigation.
1-2 years of SQL Development experience is desirable.
