Job Title: Digital Transformation Leader

Westinghouse Electric Company is seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Leader to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of a comprehensive digital and automation transformation strategy across our global manufacturing base.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a digital and automation strategy that enables business objectives and drives growth
  • Translate the strategy into actionable roadmaps and ensure alignment among stakeholders
  • Lead the selection of priorities among roadmaps and translate them into initiatives to be effectively executed
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance in sensors and controls engineering, automation, Industry 4.0 technologies, MES, and business systems
  • Partner across organizations to develop a methodology for manufacturing process monitoring and visual signals
  • Influence and develop corporate standards and principles for change management
  • Build a world-class team and recruit, develop, engage, and retain talent
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, information technology, or a related field
  • 5-10 years of experience leading digital and automation programs in a lean manufacturing environment
  • Industry 4.0 or similar professional certification preferred
  • Exceptional initiative, leadership by influence, collaboration, and communication skills
  • Working knowledge and preferably expertise in industrial controls, digital technology, automation, robotics, machine learning, IIoT, Industry 4.0, data analytics, MES, and business systems
