We are expanding our team and are in search of a skilled paralegal to join our immigration practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting labor certification applications
- Preparing petitions for non-immigrant and immigrant visas
- Compiling employment and family-based Adjustment of Status applications
- Keeping status reports and maintaining communication with clients
- Collaborating effectively with attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants
- Independently managing a caseload in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrating exceptional analytical, management, and writing skills with a keen attention to detail
Qualifications:
- College Degree/Paralegal Certificate (preferred)
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in business immigration (required)
- At least two years of experience as an immigration paralegal (preferred)
