Position Overview

We are expanding our team and are in search of a skilled paralegal to join our immigration practice.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Drafting labor certification applications
  • Preparing petitions for non-immigrant and immigrant visas
  • Compiling employment and family-based Adjustment of Status applications
  • Keeping status reports and maintaining communication with clients
  • Collaborating effectively with attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants
  • Independently managing a caseload in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrating exceptional analytical, management, and writing skills with a keen attention to detail

Qualifications:
  • College Degree/Paralegal Certificate (preferred)
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in business immigration (required)
  • At least two years of experience as an immigration paralegal (preferred)

Compensation:

Salary range: $50,000 to $75,000 based on experience.
