The Key Carrier position is a key leadership role that requires a high level of flexibility, adaptability, and problem-solving skills. As a Key Carrier, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading by Example: Demonstrating exceptional customer service skills and setting the tone for a positive shopping experience.
  • Driving Sales Growth: Identifying opportunities to increase sales and implementing strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Managing Store Operations: Ensuring the store is running smoothly and efficiently, including managing inventory, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
  • Developing Team Members: Providing coaching, training, and feedback to team members to help them develop their skills and achieve their full potential.
  • Collaborating with Colleagues: Working closely with colleagues to achieve store goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
  • Team player with effective collaboration skills.
  • Adaptable to changes and unexpected situations.
  • Familiarity with retail software, systems, and procedures.
  • Understanding of merchandise flow in stores.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities.
  • Capable of coaching, delegating, and following up on multiple tasks.
  • Quick decision-making skills under pressure.
  • Proficient in multi-tasking with superior communication and organizational skills.
  • Minimum 1 year of retail experience, with at least 6 months in a leadership role.

Compensation:

This position offers a starting pay range between $17.00 to $17.50 per hour. Actual pay depends on various factors, such as skills, qualifications, and experience.
