Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Vinfen, a leading provider of community-based services to individuals with mental health conditions, intellectual and developmental disabilities, brain injuries, and behavioral health challenges. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing person-centered clinical care to adults with brain injuries or behavioral conditions in a small, comfortable residential setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and provide nursing care to individuals with brain injuries or behavioral conditions
  • Administer medication under the Medication Administration Plan (MAP) guidelines
  • Develop relationships with individuals, their families, and support staff to provide comprehensive care
  • Communicate changes in status and provide skilled nursing interventions as needed

Requirements:
  • Current LPN license valid in Massachusetts
  • 1-2 years supervised practical experience in a clinical or rehabilitation setting
  • Strong time management and writing skills
  • Ability to pass a CORI, reference, multi-state background, and driving record check
