CapEx Early Engagement Program Manager

The CapEx Early Engagement Program Manager plays a critical role in optimizing the manufacturing process by identifying and implementing better ways of designing, managing, and buying equipment used in the production of Apple products.
Key Responsibilities- Understand the technical aspects of equipment and stations in Apple factories to identify opportunities for cost and space optimization.
- Analyze data to identify and parse process-related opportunities.
- Build relationships with cross-functional teams to drive consensus on opportunities.
- Organize projects, including schedules, teams, and motivation, and think multiple steps ahead to mitigate project risks.
- Communicate equipment status to management teams.
- Travel internationally to support early project planning and execution (up to 25%).
- 3+ years of experience in manufacturing operations.
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering field.
- Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree in an engineering field or MBA, experience in manufacturing assembly and test equipment, and knowledge of data analysis tools.
At Apple, we offer a competitive salary range of $122,300 to $227,600, depending on skills, qualifications, and experience. We also provide comprehensive medical and dental coverage, retirement benefits, and a range of discounted products and services. Additionally, employees are eligible for discretionary bonuses and commission payments, as well as reimbursement for certain educational expenses.
