Job Title: Hedis Pharmacy Outreach Coordinator

Regal Medical Group is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Hedis Pharmacy Outreach Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Hedis department, you will play a critical role in supporting and enhancing our pharmacy outreach efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform outbound calls to beneficiaries regarding quality measures related to medications
  • Work closely with the Clinical Pharmacist, Project Manager, and other staff to identify and provide outreach to pharmacies, providers, and patients
  • Prepare and maintain records and files which are neat, organized, thorough, and readily accessed
  • Contact provider offices and pharmacies to ensure that new or refill prescription requests are received timely and filled
  • Communicate with internal and external beneficiaries in a professional manner and follows through on commitments
  • Manage a heavy workload with frequent interruptions and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
  • High School diploma
  • Bilingual in Spanish required
  • One year experience in a clinical setting preferred
  • Familiarity with managed care, commercial, and point-of-service medical care preferred
  • HEDIS experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Applications: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to type >40 WPM
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
