Insurance Business Development Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Insurance Business Development Associate. In this role, you will play a critical part in building strong relationships with customers, providing them with exceptional service, and helping them navigate their insurance needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain positive customer relationships through regular communication and follow-up
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, addressing inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
- Utilize a customer-centric approach to educate customers about insurance options, tailoring solutions to meet their unique needs
- Maintain a high level of productivity and work ethic, prioritizing tasks to ensure seamless day-to-day operations

Requirements:
- Sales experience, preferably in outside sales or retail sales roles
- An interest in marketing insurance products and services based on customer needs

- A self-motivated and results-driven mindset
- Ability to work in a team environment and multitask effectively
- Bilingual Spanish language proficiency required
