Senior Technical Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr Technical Sales Engineer to join our New Units Gas Engines Commercial Operations Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting regional sales and commercial teams in creating proposals for Jenbacher Reciprocating Gas Engines and Balance of Plant equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Support the creation of proposals for regional sales and commercial teams.
- Participate in the negotiation of proposals with customers and suppliers, with a focus on the Data Center market.
- Contribute to the order intake in the region by adhering to the risk management process.
- Lead the proposal creation process with all relevant support functions.
- Review customer specifications and offer suitable Jenbacher solutions.
- Support the sales team with the proposal process.
- Follow the defined risk management process.
- Lead and initiate "risk reviews" for proposals.
- Experience in drafting customer proposals.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams and multinational environments.
- 3-5 years of experience in related industries, preferably in power generating industry and/or Data Center industry.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Accustomed to working with minimal supervision and in a process-oriented environment.
- Capability to support and train regional teams.
- Willingness to travel to customer meetings and attend Data Center specific exhibitions.
